JeetBuzz Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The service is owned by Aurora Holdings N.V., a limited liability company registered in Curacao under number 10692, with its registered address at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad. The company holds Gaming Services Provider N.V. licence 365/JAZ for online games of chance.

General Terms

JeetBuzz reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice. Two points apply directly to you:

• Your continued use of the website after an update is considered your acceptance of the new version;
• Bets that were not settled before the update took effect remain valid in accordance with the previous version.

If you do not agree with any change, please stop using the service immediately.

Your Obligations

Every time you use the service, you confirm certain information about yourself:

• You are over 18, or older if your local law sets a higher gambling age, and Jeetbuzz can request proof of age at any time;
• You live in a jurisdiction that allows gambling, and you check the legality of your own use of the service;
• You do not use a VPN, proxy or similar tool to mask your real location;
• You are the authorized user of the payment method you fund the account with;
• You pay in good faith and never try to reverse a completed payment;
• You do not manipulate any market or any part of the service in bad faith.

Restricted Use

You are prohibited from using the service in the following cases:

• You are under 18 or below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you act for someone who is;
• You live in a country where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are a resident of Austria, Australia, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France, the Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom or the United States, or you access the website from one of them. The same applies to their territories and to any other jurisdiction that the Central Government of Curacao treats as closed to online gambling.

These actions are prohibited for every customer:

• Any attempt to cheat the service or another customer, or to collude for a dishonest advantage;
• Sale, purchase or transfer of a player account, and transfer of funds between accounts;
• Bots, scripts, cheats and any software that intercepts data or emulates protocols;
• Collection of data belonging to other customers, spam and unsolicited advertising;
• Scraping odds or any other breach of the intellectual property rights.

Such accounts are terminated and all bonuses and winnings are forfeited.

Registration

You complete the registration form yourself and accept these Terms before you use the service. Only one account per person is allowed, and the rule also covers accounts opened by relatives, associates or anyone acting for you. Duplicates are closed as soon as they are found.

Before you start betting or request a withdrawal, JeetBuzz may require you to become a verified customer and send the following:

• A picture ID, which can be a passport, a driver’s licence or a national ID card;
• A recent utility bill that shows your name and address;
• Any other document required under gaming regulation and anti money laundering rules.

JeetBuzz can suspend wagering or limit account options until the documents arrive, and JeetBuzz can refuse an application without giving a reason. The platform identifies you through your Registered Email Address, so an outdated address means missed notices about payments, verification and changes to these Terms. 

Your Account

An account can hold multiple currencies, and each balance and transaction is displayed in the currency used for that transaction. JeetBuzz does not award bonuses for using the service.

• JeetBuzz may close or suspend an account for non compliance with these Terms, and prior notice is not always possible;
• A closure caused by a breach allows us to void your bets and withhold the money in the account, including the deposit;
• JeetBuzz may refuse, restrict or limit any wager, including bets that look designed to bypass limits;
• Money credited by mistake remains the property of JeetBuzz and is withdrawn once the service spots the error.

If gambling stops being entertainment, send a self exclusion request from your Registered Email Address to customer support. It takes effect within 24 hours, and the account stays disabled until you tell us otherwise.

Deposit of Funds

Deposits must come from an account, payment system or card registered in your own name. Money sent in another currency is converted at the daily rate from oanda.com or at the rate of the bank or payment processor used by JeetBuzz, and some payment systems add their own exchange fee.

• Card payments run through third party processors, so a deposit is credited only after the issuing bank authorises it;
• JeetBuzz covers transaction fees for deposits in most cases, while your own bank charges remain yours;
• Chargebacks are not allowed, winnings from wagers made on charged back money are forfeited;
• A player account is not a bank account, so it earns no interest and carries no deposit insurance.

If you enter a bonus code during a deposit, the rules of that promotion apply on top of these Terms.

Withdrawal of Funds

You can withdraw cleared funds that have not been used for bets. The minimum request is €10, and the only exception is account closure, where the full balance can be paid out.

• Wager your deposit at least once and the withdrawal carries no commission. Without that turnover the platform deduct 8%, at least €4, as an anti money laundering measure;
• JeetBuzz may request a photo ID, address confirmation, a selfie or a verification call before it approves a payout;
• Payouts go back to the method used for the deposit. Another method may be used at the discretion of JeetBuzz and comes with extra security checks;
• A balance at least ten times larger than your total deposits limits you to €5,000 per month. In all other cases the ceiling is €10,000;
• A breach of the Restricted Use rules can stop a withdrawal from being processed.

Bonuses

Every promotion has its own terms on top of these rules, so read them before you activate an offer. 

• Bonus funds become available only after the promotion is activated, not automatically with the deposit;
• Cash balance is spent before bonus balance;
• Each promotion sets its own wagering requirement and validity period, and winnings stay locked until the requirement is met;
• Only the games listed in the promotion count towards wagering, and some of them count at reduced weight;
• Bonus abuse, fraudulent activity or a breach of the promotion rules leads to cancelled bonuses and voided winnings.

Rules of Play, Refunds and Cancellations

Bets are settled on official results published by the relevant governing body.

• Posted results become final after 72 hours. Inside that window the bookmaker correct them only for human error, system error or a mistake by the results source;
• If the governing body overturns a result inside the payout period, the money is refunded;
• In a game where a draw option is offered, bets on a team win or loss are lost when the match ends level. Without a draw option everyone is refunded, and extra time counts if it is played;
• A result that cannot be validated by JeetBuzz, for example after a broadcast feed is interrupted, can be declared invalid and the bets refunded;
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set by Jeetbuzz and can be adjusted for individual accounts;
• Esports start times are indicative. A match that does not resume within 72 hours of the scheduled start is void, except for bets on advancing in or winning a tournament.

Gambling By Those Under Age

Jeetbuzz suspends any account if it suspects that the account holder is under 18 years of age or was under 18 at the time the bets were placed. The same applies if you place bets on behalf of a minor or if, according to the laws of your country, the legal age is higher than 18 and you have not reached that age.

Complaints

Send questions and complaints to the Customer Service Department through the links on the website, always from your Registered Email Address. Jeetbuzz responds to queries of this kind within 28 days.

• A dispute about a settled bet must be raised within three days of settlement, after which no claim is accepted;
• If support cannot agree a solution with you, the case moves up to Jeetbuzz’s management;
• If it still remains unresolved, you can lodge a complaint with the licensing body, Gaming Services Provider N.V.

General Provisions

These Terms remain valid throughout the entire period during which you use the Service and remain in effect after your account is closed. They are governed by the laws of Curaçao and supersede all prior agreements on this matter. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, it is adjusted to match its original intention and the rest stays valid.
